TERMS OF USE:
This document contains the full set of terms of use governing your use of the CHINA Bar® Signature Asian Buffet Gift Card.

We recommend that you read this document carefully before using the Gift Card. If you have any questions or would like more information about your Gift Card, please call (03) 9887 8011 or visit the website www.chinabarsignature.com.
The Restaurant is CHINA Bar® Signature Asian Buffet, which is located at 380 Burwood Highway (Corner of Burwood Highway & Springvale Road), Burwood East, VIC 3151, Australia.

1. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. A CHINA Bar® Signature Asian Buffet Gift Card is issued by China Bar Express (Glen) Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 134 454 130) and are redeemable only at CHINA Bar® Signature Asian Buffet.
3. A CHINA Bar® Signature Asian Buffet Gift Card can only be purchased from the cashier of the Restaurant.
4. Gift Cards are pre-loaded in the value of $50, $100 and $200. You can choose any of those amounts however only one set value per card.
5. When purchase, please check that the card and the bar code on the back of the card has not been tampered with. If it has been tampered with or removed, give the card to the cashier to be destroyed and select a new one.
6. To use CHINA Bar® Signature Asian Buffet Gift Card, you must also present your original CHINA Bar® Signature Asian Buffet register receipt at the time you redeem your Gift Card.
7. CHINA Bar® Signature Asian Buffet Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
8. Your Gift Card will expire 12 months from the date it was purchased. Any unused amount after the expiry date of this card will not be refunded or credited.
9. There are no fees or charges associated with using CHINA Bar® Signature Asian Buffet Gift Cards.
10. If the total cost of your bill exceeds the value on your CHINA Bar Signature Asian Buffet® Gift Card, you must pay the excess using another payment method (i.e. Cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Master Card).
11. If the total cost of your bill is less than the value on the CHINA Bar® Signature Asian Buffet Gift Card, you cannot redeem the change for cash or obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card.
12. CHINA Bar® Signature Asian Buffet Gift Cards are available in conjunction with any other special, discount or promotional offer.
13. You cannot cancel your Gift Card.
14. The Restaurant shall not be liable for any CHINA Bar® Signature Asian Buffet Gift Card that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Therefore, please treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
15. The Restaurant reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and to disqualify any claimant who tampers with the claim process or who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
16. All claims will be subject to the Restaurant’s validation and verification checks. The Restaurant’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
